Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by All 4 Pathways, operated by Nick Brisson as a sole proprietor in Ottawa, Ontario. By using this website or booking services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide independent academic guidance: course selection, pathway planning, post-secondary application support, awards and scholarship support, and aptitude and interest testing. Our services work alongside a student's school guidance services, not in place of them. We are not affiliated with any school board, school, college or university.
2. No guarantees
Our advice is based on experience and current information, but final decisions belong to the student and family. We cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, awards, marks or any other outcome. Schools and institutions set their own requirements and deadlines, and these can change. Always confirm details with the official source.
3. Not other professional advice
Our services are educational guidance. They are not psychological, medical, legal or financial advice. Aptitude and interest inventories help students explore options. They are not diagnostic assessments.
4. Family responsibilities
Families agree to give accurate and complete information, to submit applications and meet deadlines themselves, and to have the student attend sessions (parents are welcome). Students under 18 need a parent or guardian's agreement to use our services.
5. Booking and payment
Prices are listed on our Pricing page in Canadian dollars. Payment terms are confirmed when you book. Prices may change, but changes never affect services already booked and paid for. Discounts are applied as described on the Pricing page.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
You can reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed session, counts as a used session. If we need to cancel, we will reschedule at no cost or refund that session.
7. Refunds
Single services can be cancelled for a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice before the session. For bundles and packages, you can stop at any time and receive a refund for services you haven't used. Services already used are charged at their regular individual price, and the balance is refunded. Refunds are issued within 30 days.
8. Virtual sessions
Families are responsible for a suitable device and internet connection. Sessions are never recorded without everyone's consent.
9. Confidentiality
We keep what families share confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy, except where the law requires us to disclose it.
10. Website content and materials
Website content is for general information and may not always be up to date. Plans and materials we prepare for your family are for your family's personal use. Please don't copy or redistribute website content without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services involved. We are not responsible for decisions made by schools, institutions or award committees. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Questions: please use our contact form.
